Job Title: Trade Operations Location: San Francisco, FiDi Salary: $65-95k + YE Bonus Jennifer Fukumae at Robert Half is partnering with a wealth management and investment firm offers a full range of financial services tailored to individuals, families, and institutions. With a strong national presence and deep local roots, the team is known for delivering personalized advice, long-term client relationships, and access to a broad platform of investment solutions. They are seeking a Trade Operations Specialist to support a high-performing Private Wealth team. You will be working closely with top-tier advisors and venture capital firms, handling stock distributions, trade execution, and operational support. You'll liaise regularly with institutional partners like Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch, so if you have strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with C-level executives, apply today! Responsibilities: + Support team with venture fund stock distributions + Handle end-to-end restricted stock settlements, from initial distribution to final proceeds + Notify participants with distribution details + Generate reports on distribution outcomes for venture-backed companies + Process stock sale orders from limited partners + Liaise with legal counsel to coordinate required opinions + Provide timely updates and reports to the Manager + Flag and escalate issues + Manage client requests related to distributions (e.g., fund transfers, check processing, address updates) + Distribute daily operations reports + Perform daily money movement requests Requirements + Series 7/63 OR Series 66 is required + Minimum 1 years experience with trade operations + Minimum of 2 years experience at a Wealth Management or RIA firm + Attention to detail + Comfortable articulating complex information to executive-level clients. + Must be able to work market hours (6am-3:30pm) Interested in the role?
