D3 Search is actively seeking a mid-level Videographer/Video Editor candidate for a well-established and highly respected West LA-based plaintiff injury & employment practice located in Los Angeles, CA (90024).

Position Summary:

Videographer/Video Editor works in close concert with the law firm’s in-house marketing/business development team.

Responsible for producing and editing engaging social media content—primarily for Instagram—that captures our brand voice and connects with our audience. This is an on-site position based in Los Angeles, with occasional off-site shoots for events and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Film and produce high-quality video content on-site at our LA office and off-site as needed
• Edit footage into polished short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Stories, and other platforms
• Collaborate with the creative team to pitch, develop, and execute video concepts aligned with campaign goals
• Stay on top of trends in social media video and storytelling to keep content fresh and relevant
• Deliver high-volume content on tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Bring bold ideas and a creative vision to each project while meeting brand and business needs

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in short-form video editing, with a strong portfolio of social-first content
• Proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Canva
• Access to personal editing equipment and software
• Deep understanding of Instagram best practices and platform-specific trends
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple projects
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience in the legal industry or working with law firms is a plus

Salary/Compensation/Benefits:
