This position will be direct hire with a flexible salary range based on experience and can sit fully remote! Responsibilities will include managing complex workers' compensation claims, ensuring fair and efficient resolution while maintaining compliance with state regulations. The ideal candidate will have some experience handling indemnity claims, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with medical and legal professionals.
