Job Description

Bathing Brands Inc., a rapidly expanding e-commerce business specializing in Steam, Sauna, and Bathing products, is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Acumatica ERP Specialist to join our powerhouse team. This role is crucial in developing and maintaining our ERP platform, ensuring peak performance and scalability to meet our company's and customers' evolving needs. Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Acumatica ERP administration, configuration, and maintenance, with a strong focus on distribution solutions.

Please note: this position is fully remote, however we are only hiring residents from Illinois or Wisconsin.

What we need you to do extremely well

• Administer, manage, and optimize the Acumatica ERP system, including user access, roles, permissions, and configurations
• Customize Acumatica fields, forms, records, and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Develop, test, and deploy customizations, integrations, and enhancements in Acumatica.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes or improvements.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and investigate requirements for system enhancements and changes.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
• Create and maintain documentation of Acumatica processes, customizations, and configurations.
• Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of Acumatica features and functionalities.
• Stay up to date with Acumatica updates, releases, and best practices, and recommend improvements to maximize system efficiency.
• Assist in data migration, system integrations, and other projects as needed.

Skills and Experience You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field/experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Acumatica experience.
• Strong understanding of Acumatica ERP, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Proficiency in custom records, saved searches, and suite flow.
• Proficiency in relational database tools, with the ability to write and execute complex SQL queries.
• Experience with data migration, system integration, and third-party applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Strong reasoning skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Effective time and task management to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
