CornerStone Professional Placement has partnered with a local company in their search for an Administrative Assistant to support a high-profile commercial property management team. This role provides key administrative and operational support to the Senior Property Manager and building operations team while ensuring a high level of customer service to tenants, vendors, and internal staff.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-time, On-site
Location: Dallas, TX
Salary: $55,000 – $58,000

Responsibilities:
Provide front desk and phone support, direct inquiries, and greet visitors.
Serve as a liaison with tenants, maintaining ongoing communication and high satisfaction.
Manage daily mail distribution and outbound shipping processes.
Maintain office supplies inventory and handle ordering.
Assist with document preparation including contracts, reports, and presentations.
Update project status reports and route documentation to appropriate parties.
Track and code work order requests and vendor invoices.
Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical).
Monitor tenant and vendor insurance for compliance.
Assist in coordinating vendor services and building operations requests.
Support additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
Prior experience supporting commercial property management or knowledge of lease administration strongly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional demeanor and exceptional customer service orientation.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
Experience with multi-line phone systems, scanners, and general office equipment.
