In this role, you will act as a bridge between clients, advisors, operations, and other stakeholders-ensuring smooth client experiences and efficient internal operations. **Key Responsibilities:** + Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person + Manage advisor calendars: schedule meetings, conference calls, prepare materials + Prepare and distribute client correspondence, reports, and presentations + Assist with onboarding: opening accounts, processing documentation, compliance forms + Collaborate with operations/back-office teams to initiate and monitor trades + Maintain client and prospect databases/CRM, ensuring data integrity + Generate and analyze regular and ad-hoc reports (performance, billing, summaries) + Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements for advisors + Assist with marketing, newsletters, mailings, and event coordination + Execute administrative tasks: filing, scanning, office supplies, document management + Support projects and special initiatives as needed **Qualifications/Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) + 2+ years in administrative support (preferably in financial services/wealth management/investments) + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) + Experience with CRM systems or financial planning tools is a plus + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Strong organizational skills: multitasking, prioritizing, meeting deadlines + High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information + Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple teams **Benefits & Perks:** + Competitive salary + Health, dental, vision, retirement/401(k) + Paid time off and holidays + Professional development and licensing/certification reimbursement + Supportive, collaborative team culture **Ready to Join Us?** If you're a motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic financial services environment and excels in organization and client service, we'd love to hear from you!
