Livingston Law Firm is a boutique defense trial firm in Walnut Creek with a national client base. We are seeking full-time, part-time, and/or contract attorneys with demonstrated personal injury defense experience. This position is a predominantly in-office position.
The candidate must have strong writing and advocacy skills , and be skilled in drafting and responding to discovery, preparing discovery and dispositive motions, conducting and defending depositions, and working with and preparing experts in state and federal court. Trial experience is a bonus but not required. Join our fast-paced, mentor-focused team, handling high-exposure cases involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, aggravated torts and trucking/transportation.
