We are hiring high achieving graduates (3.5 GPA minimum) to be trained for the position of 'F&I Manager' to be located across our dealerships in West Covina, Norwalk, Duarte, Oxnard and Escondido. $90,000 - $180,000 Graduate Starting Salary.

This is an entry-level position. Only recent graduates in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields will be reviewed.

Must have graduated in the last 3 years to be considered for this role and have a min 3.5 GPA - All applicants will be rejected that do not meet these requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee all finance and insurance activities within the dealership.
• Assist customers in securing financing options that meet their needs.
• Conduct credit analysis to determine customer eligibility for loans.
• Ensure compliance with TILA and other relevant regulations during the financing process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with lending institutions to facilitate loan processing.
• Train and support sales staff in finance-related topics to enhance customer service.
• Manage contracts and title processing to ensure accuracy and compliance.

If selected to move forward, you'll be invited to join our 8-Day In-Person Training Experience, held at our flagship store: 205 N Citrus St, West Covina, CA. To cover the cost of training:

• $160/day stipend (as a 1099 contractor)
• Hands-on training with live deal simulations and real dealership immersion

After completing the program, 10- 12 candidates will be chosen for placement across our Southern California locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000 - $180,000.00 (plus more if targets are exceeded)
