Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Corporate Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB) professional to join a high-impact team focused on driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence across enterprise-level functions. This role will lead critical process improvement projects, support strategic goals, and foster a culture of Lean Six Sigma methodologies throughout the organization.

Position Responsibilities

Process Improvement Leadership

• Lead cross-functional Lean Six Sigma projects that drive measurable improvements in quality, cost, and efficiency
• Mentor Green Belts and project team members on best practices and problem-solving techniques
• Deliver project results aligned with business objectives, timelines, and financial expectations

Data Analysis & Strategic Recommendations

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure sustainability of improvement initiatives

Change Management

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Collaborate across departments to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to increase Six Sigma awareness

Prerequisites

• Proven experience as a Six Sigma Black Belt within a corporate or enterprise environment
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Proficient in statistical tools, process mapping, and Lean methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
