Position Summary :
As a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, GA Dimensional Engineering, you will be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured parts and assemblies meet precise dimensional specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge in dimensional measurement, quality control processes, and the ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models. You will work closely with the design team to design fixtures that are functional, accurate, efficient, and cost-effective.
You bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, STEM or related field, or equivalent relevant education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dimensional engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong level GD&T qualification
Software Skills: Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and measurement analysis software is a plus
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy. Ability to identify and resolve dimensional and quality issues
Communication: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members, management, and external vendors
Certification in dimensional measurement or quality control (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma)
Experience with advanced metrology tools and techniques
Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other quality management systems

If hybrid, # of days contractor will be required to work onsite: 100% onsite at either Tempe or Casa Grand HQ.

Typical Day in the Role
Purpose of the Team: This team is a part of the Manufacturing & Engineering umbrella. Their main focus is on quality standards of products. The team will identify any product changes, contacts vendors companies for parts, place Purchase Orders and design any new equipment required for manufacturing. After finalization, the team will hand-over the updated products to maintenance and manufacturing team to put into production. The day to day will never replicate one another and there are constant changes happening on the team.
