  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, channel teams, and other marketing staff to align CRM and email initiatives with competitive insights and field-driven opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and strategic insights to the Digital Marketing Manager, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas of improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in e-mail marketing, preferably in a B2B or wholesale environment.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Litmus).
  • Demonstrated expertise in e-mail automation, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and committed to staying current with e-mail marketing trends and technologies.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies is a plus.

Work Environment

  • Comfortable working in an office setting with occasional requirements to visit manufacturing facilities or field sites.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
