Aerotek offers a base salary of $60,405.80 after an hourly paid training period with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission. Aerotek also offers performance-based incentives (quarterly bonuses, all-expense paid trip, company funded investment plan). Additional benefits include (but not limited to):

Year 2: $90,000
Year 3: $110,000
Projected Sales Manager Earnings:
Year 1: $80,000
