Job Title: Financial Advisor Location: San Ramon, CA | On-site (initially 5 days a week for training; flexibility after ramp-up) Compensation: Up to $150,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Profit Sharing Responsibilities + Provide strategic financial advice and comprehensive planning across services such as debt management, investments, retirement, and insurance. + Develop personalized financial plans tailored to each client's needs and goals. + Build and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and ongoing support. + Monitor market performance and client portfolios, recommending adjustments as needed. + Maintain compliance with all industry regulations and firm standards. Requirements + CFP® designation (required). + 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry. + Proven success in a client-facing financial advisory role. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. + Self-starter with a client-service mindset and commitment to ethical practices. + Candidates from San Ramon or the East Bay Area preferred. + Ability to bring an existing book of business is a plus, but not required.
