Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Job Summary
Grapevine Powersports is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Floor Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding your sales team as they provide exceptional customer service to our customers and guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Duties:
Inspire sales team to meet and exceed sales goals, giving clear expectations and open communication
Drive Sales team to meet company KPI’s for sales
Manage the sales operations – inspiring and coaching the sales team
Ensure that customer traffic is logged properly in CRM by Sales Staff
Understand structuring sales deals, including financing options & F&I product products
Present numbers and Close deals
Explain F&I Products and Options to Customers, including introducing and selling F&I products
Skills
Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful sales interactions.
Experience in powersports setting or a related field is preferred
Leadership role in a dealership setting preferred
Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
Knowledge of F&I Products and deal structure is preferred
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with phone etiquette proficiency.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
