Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to provide temporary front desk coverage during a key transition period. This freelance role involves managing front desk duties and supporting light administrative tasks in a professional office setting.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Duration: Approximately 30 days.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, filing, and data entry as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to support day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic office technology.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
