Administrative Coordinator – Boston Hospital

As an Administrative Coordinator, you’ll be part of a collaborative clinical team that helps keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly while directly supporting patient care. You’ll gain exposure to a range of hospital departments, systems, and workflows—perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in the field!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet and check in patients
• Answer incoming calls and assist with patient questions or routing them to the right contact
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Act as a liaison between patients, providers, and insurance companies
• Handle insurance authorizations and follow-up
• Assist with back-end administrative tasks and documentation
• Ensure accuracy in patient records and confidentiality of information

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required (would love to see those with a degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, etc.) but not required
• 1+ years of customer service, office, or internship experience (healthcare experience a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• A team player who’s eager to learn and contribute
