Namaste Health - Urgent Certified Nursing Assistant Needed! This is for our Grand County Team. We are currently looking for a qualified CNA to provide services in the Fraser area (East Grand) and Kremmling area (West Grand)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any significant changes to the Case Manager.
• Maintain a clean and orderly living environment for the patient.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
