More details:

The Sales Representative will drive and close sales for Aerial Titans.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage hundreds of inbound leads, converting them into customers
  • Proactively identify and reach potential customers via outbound calls, emails, and texts
  • Send 100+ quotes and customer follow-up emails daily
  • Proactively communicate with customers throughout the sales process
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Build strong rapport and ask the right questions to help customers select the right machine for their job and their budget
  • Documents all pertinent sales details accurately in our ERP software
  • Connect customers with appropriate financing options
  • Assist fellow sales representatives with sales
  • Support our customers after the sale in coordination with our remote service manager
  • Meet customers upon request to sell equipment in person for equipment stored at our Cartersville yard
  • Works collaboratively with other departments
  • Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned

Required skills/abilities:

  • Ability to work 50+ hours per week to meet goals
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to succeed
  • Creative problem solver, focused on finding solutions
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) to effectively navigate client interactions and manage emotions
  • Curiosity about the operational side of the business to ensure a smooth setup and customer experience

Education & Experience:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college, preferred
  • Two years or more of sales experience

Physical requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
