At True Stance, we are seeking a Junior Brand Representative to join our team. In this entry-level level role, you will collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to develop new strategies, enhance brand awareness, and generate new sales opportunities while driving growth.

This position is entry-level, we provide fully-paid training. No past experience is required, this position is perfect for those looking to start their careers learning the basics in marketing and sales!

Responsibilities:

• Be the face of our client's brand, interacting with customers and promoting their products and services
• Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to implement promotional campaigns that boost customer sales
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
• Generate new sales in retail environments through face-to-face customer interactions
• Attend product knowledge meetings for our clients and communicate this information to customers accurately and effectively
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Interest in sales, retail, and customer service
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals
• Strong time management skills with the ability to adhere to schedules
