We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic RN/APRN Trainer to join our Nashville team. This role is ideal for experienced aesthetic injectors specializing in Botox and filler who are passionate about teaching, mentoring, and contributing to the professional growth of others in the field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver didactic and hands-on training to new and experienced aesthetic injectors, covering neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures.
• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to trainees during live injection sessions, ensuring patient safety and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with the training team to develop and refine curriculum, protocols, and training materials .
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging products, devices, and techniques within the aesthetics industry.
• Serve as a professional role model and mentor , offering constructive feedback and coaching to trainees.
• Participate in PRN assignments , which may include weekend or evening training events depending on demand.

Qualifications

• Licensed medical provider (NP, PA, MD, or DO) in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum 2 years of injecting experience in aesthetics (neurotoxin and dermal fillers required).
• Prior teaching, precepting, or mentorship experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to adapt training style to meet learner needs.
• Commitment to patient safety, professionalism, and clinical excellence .
• Flexible availability for PRN (as-needed) scheduling .
