We are seeking a mid-level Software Developer with strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server and either: NCR Counterpoint (POS/ERP customizations, integrations, hooks), OR Blazor (ASP.NET Blazor) for modern web application development (experience with DevExpress Blazor or similar component libraries a plus).
This role will focus on building, maintaining, and optimizing retail systems, SQL-based integrations, and supporting our transition toward modern .NET MAUI/Blazor applications.
Develop and maintain applications and integrations, either within NCR Counterpoint or Blazor, depending on experience.
Work with SQL Server databases to design, query, and optimize performance.
Support integrations (e.g., SPS Commerce, payroll deduction, Vertex tax, payment gateways).
Build and maintain ETL processes (SSIS and related data pipelines).
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to resolve system issues and improve workflows. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
Assist in migrating legacy custom apps toward .NET MAUI/Blazor solutions.
Provide occasional troubleshooting for store-level Counterpoint setups (replication, station configurations, etc.) if Counterpoint-experienced.
Requirements Required Qualifications:
3+ years of software development experience.
Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, triggers, performance tuning).
Hands-on experience with NCR Counterpoint or Blazor (ASP.NET Blazor).
Experience with .NET Framework and/or .NET Core.
Familiarity with SSIS, EDI/ETL, and API integrations a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small collaborative team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with both NCR Counterpoint and Blazor.
Familiarity with DevExpress Blazor components or other UI libraries (Telerik, Syncfusion, Radzen). Knowledge of NCR Counterpoint replication, station setup, and store networking.
Exposure to modern CI/CD tools.
Experience with .NET MAUI or other cross-platform framework
