Position Overview

In this role, you will be the primary owner of our NetSuite ERP platform, responsible for maintaining system integrity, improving workflows, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency. You’ll play a critical role in aligning our technology with our business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to NetSuite expert for all system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and system security.
• Build and maintain workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards to support manufacturing, inventory, and financial operations.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and finance teams to streamline processes and enhance system capabilities.
• Oversee data integrity and conduct regular audits.
• Manage NetSuite integrations with other business systems and tools.
• Coordinate and support system upgrades, new module implementations, and enhancements.
• Train and support end users to ensure maximum adoption and effectiveness.
