Practice Details:
- Collaborative Team: Join a dynamic group of 6 experienced physicians and 4 advanced practice providers , fostering a supportive and collegial environment.
- Balanced Call Schedule: Enjoy a manageable 1:6 call rotation , ensuring work-life balance.
- High-Volume Practice: Participate in approximately 1,200 deliveries annually , offering robust clinical experience.
- Advanced Neonatal Care: Partner with CHOP-affiliated providers in our Level II NICU , ensuring exceptional care for newborns.
- Integrated Midwife Services: Collaborate with our dedicated Midwife Clinic located off-site, with OB physicians rotating once per week for continuity of care.

Requirements:
- Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Strong interest in providing a balanced mix of obstetric and gynecologic care , including surgical procedures
- Demonstrated clinical excellence and outstanding communication skills
- A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, team-oriented care in a collaborative environment
- New or recent graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits Highlights:
- Competitive Starting Compensation: $375,000 – $400,000 (reflects total compensation, excluding bonuses and incentives)
