Pay $55-$60 per hr. DOE

Planet Pharma's rapidly growing biopharma client is seeking a Commercial/Promotional Review Committee (CRC) Coordinator to play a critical role in supporting the demands of a growing Commercial organization and working with team members across the company. You will be responsible for management of the day to day CRC reviews, working closely with Marketing, Sales Training, Corporate Communications, and other internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the CRC Review process
• Coordinate the development and distribution of bi-weekly of CRC agendas
• Coordinate and facilitate bi-weekly CRC meetings
• Accurately document and track any requested changes and/or edits, meeting discussion & outcomes within Veeva PromoMats
• To help determine review priorities, coordinate and facilitate weekly prioritization meetings
• Prior to material approval, proof final document to ensure all changes were accurately captured
• Oversee, track and ensure annual re-approval of all promotional materials
• Other responsibilities, as needed, as role continues to grow

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech company
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience in conflict management and negotiation
• In depth expertise in Pharmaceutical Promotional/Marketing Services and knowledge of related disciplines
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage several projects and their timelines accurately and simultaneously
• Works with a sense of urgency, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels of the organization
• Strong computer aptitude and ability to learn systems quickly
• Veeva PromoMats experience required
