Roofing Service Technician - Commercial Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Roofing Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems, ensuring the safety and longevity of our clients' roofs. This role requires a strong understanding of roofing materials and techniques, with a particular focus on TPO and commercial roofing solutions.
Key Responsibilities - Diagnose and repair roofing issues, including leaks, damages, and other structural concerns.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on commercial roofing systems to ensure their integrity.
- Install and replace roofing materials as needed, with a focus on TPO roofing systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with clients about roofing needs and service options.
- Document all service work performed, including materials used and time spent on repairs.
- Collaborate with other team members to manage large-scale roofing projects and service calls.
Qualifications - Proven experience as a Roofing Service Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge and experience with TPO and commercial roofing systems.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions safely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
