Title: SAP Analyst (Business Operations Specialist 3)

Location : Morton, IL (100% Onsite)

Length : 24-month contract with potential to extend or convert to Direct Hire

Rate : ~$35/hr W2 + Benefits | $38/hr C2C

We're hiring a Business Operations Specialist to join a fast-moving team focused on compliance, data integrity, and system process improvements. This is a fully onsite opportunity in Morton, IL — open to candidates willing to relocate at their own expense.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Own SAP audit processes across multiple systems
• Enter and maintain export compliance data (ECCNs, ECNs, ML classifications)
• Lead/support cross-functional projects and change initiatives
• Create and maintain SOPs and standard work documentation
• Gather business requirements and write functional documentation
• Test and support system upgrades and implementations
• Present to leadership and collaborate with internal partners

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of relevant experience OR 8+ years without a degree
• Strong SAP experience (SAP GTS preferred but not required)
• Background in compliance or auditing within SAP systems
• Root Cause Analysis and process ownership experience
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements
• Six Sigma experience or certification is a plus
• SQL or Snowflake knowledge helpful but not required
