Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team! This position is located in St. Louis, Missouri.

Duties:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts
• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Assist with budgets and forecasts
• Perform general ledger accounting and journal entries
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and policies
• Assist with audits and tax preparation
• Maintain accurate financial records

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (or related field) with an emphasis in accounting
• 4+ years of proven accounting experience
• CPA certification is preferred
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Experience with internal and external audits
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organization, communication, and people skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
• Experience with CMIC or Sage 300 is highly preferred

The approximate pay range for this position starting at $90,000 - 100,000 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
