Senior International Tax Manager
Salary: $175,000 base + 20% bonus

Key Responsibilities of the Senior International Tax Manager:

• Lead preparation and review of complex international filings including Forms 1118, 5471, 8858, 8865, 8975, 8991-8993, 5713, and FinCEN forms.
• Oversee technical reviews related to Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and other international provisions including E&P, PTEP, §988, §987, FTCs, and APB 23.
• Collaborate with global tax teams (SALT, European, indirect, planning, provision) and finance leaders to assess tax implications of business transactions.
• Drive tax process improvement initiatives and implement procedural enhancements to improve compliance and efficiency.
• Mentor and manage team members, providing leadership in technical development, performance evaluation, and career growth.

Requirements for the Senior International Tax Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or Masters in Tax preferred
• 5+ years of international tax experience in a corporate tax department or large public accounting firm, including 3+ years managing a professional team.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. corporate income tax and international tax compliance; familiarity with ASC-740.
