Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Warehouse Project Assistant to support our growing fulfillment and kitting operations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and excited to be part of a collaborative, fast-moving environment where every package represents our clients’ brand.

You’ll assist with project-based kitting and fulfillment, inventory management, and order picking and packing to ensure that every shipment is completed accurately, on time, and with Brandwell’s signature attention to detail. We're looking for someone who brings warehouse experience, e-commerce knowledge, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Receive, unpack, inspect and organize incoming deliveries.
  • Accurately pick, pack and ship orders for Brandwell programs and daily e-commerce orders.
  • Support with kitting and fulfillment projects (assembling, labeling, packaging client merchandise)
  • Prepare shipments for UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers
  • Communicate with project managers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery special projects and e-commerce orders.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Assist with other warehouse or special projects as needed

Inventory Management

  • Track inventory using digital systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Help manage restocking needs and coordinate with relevant team members.
  • Conduct routine inventory audits and help resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with regular stock rotation and physical inventory counts

Administrative & Program Support:

  • Maintain order records, shipment logs, and inventory documentation.
  • Input data into inventory and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shipstation, Monday, Google Sheets).
  • Assist in preparing materials and supplies for Brandwell programs and events.
  • Coordinate shipping and logistics to support timely program delivery.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce logistics experience (promotional products industry experience a plus)
  • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods. This role requires frequent standing, walking, and physical activity in a fast-paced setting.
  • Solid computer skills (inventory systems, shipping software, spreadsheets)
  • Experience with ShipStation and other e-commerce and project management software is a plus
  • Detail oriented, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to deliver under deadlines with a high level of accuracy
  • Work independently, under minimal supervision as well as work effectively in a collaborative team environment with a dynamic range of people
  • Curious, flexible and a positive “can do” attitude and ready to jump in wherever needed

Starting Hourly Rate is $30 an hour

  • Estimated 40 hour work week
