Pay Range: $77 - $81/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build and manage Prism datasets, derived data sources to meet reporting and analytics needs.
• Develop and maintain calculated fields, custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite). • Design and manage Prism data pipelines - ingestion , transformation and modeling data within Workday.
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) /Lead for Workday Prism and related data integrated solutions.
• Participate in system testing, troubleshooting and deplyment support.
• Provided expertise on Workday capabilities and industry best practices.
• Performance Optimization
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior Prism developers and analyst.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills- Experience in SQL and Workday.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR Technology projects and teams.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Reporting and Prism.
• Hands-on experience with building Prism pipelines, data transformations, and managing high volumes of data within the Workday Prism Analytics platform.
• Proficiency in data blending, joins and relationship modeling in Prism.
• Strong understanding of Workday core HCM, Workday security.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adopt to frequent changes.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Agile Experience
• Experience using Rally Agile tool
• Experience in SQL and Workday Extend
