Position: Digital Imaging Specialist (Night Shift)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM | 40+ hours/week

Location: Tampa, FL (On-site)

Compensation: $22.84/hour

Contract Type: 9-Month Contract-to-Hire

Required Skills & Experience

• Scan documents and images into electronic databases with high accuracy.
• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is correctly inputted into ERP systems and databases.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data collection, including the creation of pivot tables for reporting purposes.
• Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
• Assist with order entry processes as needed, ensuring timely and accurate processing of requests.
• Conduct transcription of documents when required, ensuring clarity and precision in the final output.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
• Support clerical functions such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies
