The Vita Agency is growing our team and seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator . This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong foundation in marketing who’s eager to grow within a fast-paced agency setting. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of brands and industries, supporting campaign execution, content creation, and client strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, is highly organized, and brings fresh ideas to the table.

Compensation: $50-$58,000/ Annually

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Support : Assist in developing, executing, and monitoring multi-channel marketing campaigns for a variety of clients.
• Content Creation : Write, edit, and proof compelling content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and website copy across client accounts.
• Social Media Management : Manage and grow clients’ social media presence by creating content calendars, scheduling posts, and tracking engagement and performance.
• Event & Launch Support : Coordinate logistics and marketing efforts for client events, product launches, or brand campaigns.
• Research & Insights : Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and target audiences to inform strategies and creative direction.
• Analytics & Reporting : Track performance of campaigns and content across platforms, compiling regular reports and offering recommendations for optimization.
• Internal Collaboration : Work closely with The Vita Agency’s leadership and creative teams to ensure deliverables meet agency standards and client expectations.
• Administrative Tasks : Support scheduling, client communication, file management, and organizing project assets.

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Experience : 2–3 years in a marketing or agency role preferred.

• Skills :
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, and email platforms like Beehiiv or ActiveCampaign.
• Strong writing and proofreading abilities.
• Solid understanding of social media strategy, digital marketing principles, and content trends.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
