ISI® Elite Training offers 50-minute, low-impact, high-intensity, strength-based workouts designed and led by certified coaches. These sessions provide one-on-one attention within a team setting, focusing on functional movements to help participants burn fat, build muscle, and gain confidence and strength. Role Description

The Group Fitness Coach is the heartbeat of our training experience at ISI® Elite Training Englewood. Coaches are responsible for delivering dynamic, safe, and effective training sessions that motivate and challenge members of all fitness levels. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fitness, love to lead from the front, and want to impact lives through coaching, motivation, and positive energy.

Key Responsibilities:

Session Delivery & Coaching:

  • Lead engaging, high-intensity, functional training sessions for groups of up to 30+ members.
  • Provide personal attention, modifications, and progressions as needed to ensure safety and effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate proper technique and encourage members to push to their full potential.
  • Ensure a positive training environment that promotes accountability, energy, and fun.
  • Review and Follow all ISI HQ coaching protocols

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of group fitness or personal training experience.
  • Current Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or Group Fitness Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or similar).
  • CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire).
  • High-energy personality with strong public speaking and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead large groups with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm.
  • Strong understanding of functional fitness and ability to deliver safe and scalable workouts.
  • Team-player mindset with a desire to grow within the ISI® community.
